Client coaching records (including intake forms and session notes) are retained for up to 24 months after services end, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Marketing subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe.
You can request deletion of your information at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

From time to time, anonymised information (such as general sleep challenges or outcomes) may be used for educational purposes, social media content, or marketing.
This information will never include names or details that could identify you or your child.
