I’m Charlee - a certified Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6) and a mum of two, offering gentle, evidence-based support rooted in a whole-child approach.
This work didn’t begin as a career choice - it began in the middle of the night, sitting on my toddler’s bedroom floor, wondering how to make things better without ignoring my instincts as a mother.
My daughter was an alert, high-needs little one from the start - later diagnosed with CMPA and reflux - and although things improved slightly, nights were still broken and exhausting. I didn’t want to leave her to cry or ignore my instincts, but I also worried… did that mean we’d just be exhausted forever?
A month before my second daughter was due, I was lying on my toddler’s bedroom floor during yet another long night wake, panicking about how I’d cope with a newborn too - especially with my husband often working night shifts. I knew traditional sleep training wasn’t for me, but something needed to change.
Reaching out to a gentle sleep consultant changed everything. Within weeks, our nights felt calmer, my toddler was happier during the day, and the clingy phase that had felt endless began to ease. By the time my second baby arrived, our home felt calm, steady, and finally sustainable.
That experience sparked a real interest in sleep for me. I started reading, learning, and wanting to understand why sleep can feel so hard - and what actually makes a difference. When I discovered holistic sleep coaching, it felt like everything aligned. Looking at the whole child, not just the night. Considering development, temperament, routines, nutrition, and emotional connection.
I went on to train with Dr Lyndsey Hookway and became an accredited Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6), the highest level of accreditation in the industry. Now I support families who feel just as exhausted and unsure as I once did - helping them create lasting, gentle change while protecting attachment and building confidence.
