  • Full holistic sleep assessment

    I’ll take time to review your completed questionnaire and sleep log before we meet. This gives me a clear picture of your child, your family, and the little things that might be affecting sleep, so we can approach solutions with confidence and care.

  • 90-120 minute in-depth consultation

    Our one-to-one session is all about you and your child. We’ll explore everything in detail, talk through different strategies, and find the approach that feels right for your family. You know your child best, so together we’ll create a plan you feel comfortable and confident implementing.

  • Personalised sleep plan

    After our consultation, I’ll put together a personalised sleep plan designed around your child, your lifestyle, and your parenting style. It’s practical, realistic, and created to fit seamlessly into your family’s routine.

  • 3 weeks of ongoing support

    For three weeks after your consultation, I’ll be available via WhatsApp to answer questions, offer guidance, and make gentle adjustments if needed. Every child is different, and this ensures you have the support you need as you implement your plan.
